Tomba's son "Anton" has this time been to a show in Rheinberg, Germany. He did it again...-) Best male and BOS with a CAC. Judge was Regina Blessing. We are really proud and happy and give our congratulations to Anton and his owners Lasse and Lotta!

Today we had to make the hard decision to let our companion "Jörgen" (Certified Decoy) go. He has been ill for a couple of months and there wasn't anything more that we could do to make him stay that wouldn't have caused him pain.

A little joy. Tomba's daughter Hairdog's Vanilla Cream is x-rayed with the result HD A and elbows free. So far 9 out of 10 x-rayed pups are free! Congratulations to "Vanilla", Vanilla's owner, to Tomba, Clara and the breeder Tina Jämthagen!

At the International show in Visby July 1st Tomba competed in the Champion Class.
He won the CACIB and was BOS. BOB that day was Alistair's Watchout.
On the second day of the show -July 2nd - he entered the veteran
class for the first time; was second best male and BOB veteran.

A big congratulations to Solveig and Håkan and Jörgen's and Sessan's son Ozzy (Hairdog's Rely On Me) who today passed the blood tracking pretest! That together with a passed mental description with shooting and a HIC makes Ozzy qualified for the Bearded Collie Club's Allround Bronze. A big and proud congratulations at the same time as we bow ourselfs for Solveig and Håkan who brings the best out of their dog!

Tomba's and Clara's son Napoleon (Hairdog's Vintage Boy) is continuing to have sucess at shows! Today he's BOB-puppy at the Bearded Collie Club's special show in Piteå were Lena Erskill is judging. More relatives is sucessful though: Tomba's daughter Temba (Mountain Amber's Temba) is #3 in the junior class with HP and Jörgen's grandson Coy (Hairdog's Underground) wins the youth class with CK. A big congratulations to all of you!

We're going to Fredrikstad where Tomba is attending NKK's international show. He ands up second in the adult class with champion quality and fifth best dog. It's posible that todays judge Carl-Gunnar Stafberg thinks that Tomba is black, when he comments on Tomba's eyes beeing slightly to bright...

Puppy-hapiness in Germany! Because today Tomba's and Peggy Sue's seven puppies were born at kennel Simply Strong in Germany, just perfect timed at the day they were supposed to arrive. Well behaved from the start! They are a colourful litter with two brown and two blue girls and one fawn and two blue boys! No one black... Tomba's been a busy man this summer. His latest girlfriend Peggy Sue (Spririt of Caledonia Kovergirl) came for a visit to Visby and after one week of dating the 21:st of July, she went back to kennel Simply Stong in Germany. We're really excited about what can come frome this summer romance!

It's day two in Visby and national shows. Tomba does his debut in the champion class and it's not a bad one... He wins the class with Champion Quality and as if that's not enough he becomes BOS! Jörgen wins the veteran class this day as well and becomes second best dog after his son. Today Torbjörn Skaar is judging.

There was an international show in Visby today and Tomba struck at home ground! After winning the adult class with Champion Quality, he was third best dog, won his third swedish CC and can from now on title himself as SUCH - Swedish Champion! His father Jörgen did too attend the show and became best veteran and fourth best dog. The judge is Conny Byström.

Today Tomba's been to Danish Hilleröd, where he became 3:d best dog with Champion Quality for Anne-Marie Maeland. Not only Tomba was in Hilleröd, also his daughter Svea (Highflying No Comments) was there and won the youth class with HP! As if that wasn't enough, the day before she attended the bearded collie special and there too won the youth class - doubble con gratulations!

Yesterday the Swedish Bearded Collie Club held a show in Gävle. Tomba was there and got very nice critics from judge Arne Foss, Norway. In the tuff competition he ended up as 2:nd runner up in the adult class with CK (champion quality), so close to a thrid CC. Anna Eneqvist was handler.

Yesterday, at Easter Day, Tomba's daughter Svea (Highflying No Commenst) attended the Danish Kennel Club's national show in Naestved where she ended up as BOB-puppy with HP! A BIG CONGRATULATIONS from us at Gotland! The judge was Miroslaw Redlicki from Poland.

When Tomba's sister, Jörgen's daugter, Diesel (Certified Mollycoddle) got her hips xrayed when she was 12 months old the result was D, something that we now know isn't correct,,,

Diesel has never showed any signs of problems with her hips and the subject came up at a visit at the veterinary. The vet suggested that they should take a new xray of Diesels hips and so they did. After having a look the vet said that he saw no sign of any problems and the xrays were sent to the Norweigen Kennel Club. Now the result is back and Diesel is HD free with a B, a very good result for a 6 year old dog! Right now there is no other explanation than that the xrays were exchanged at the first time. The good thing is that Tomba no longer has a sister, and Jörgen no longer a daughter, that has HD problems!

The old result was erased from Jörgens puppy-page when the new xray was done and the official result is now there.

Yesterday two of Tomba's puppies attended a puppy show in Hässleholm. Anton (Highflying No Doubt) finished at second place with HP and Viktor (Highflying No Way) ended up as number four. Both got nice critics from the Danish judge Leif Lehman Jörgensen. A BIG CONGRATULATIONS to the splendid debut!

Yesterday Jörgen and Tomba attended the competition of Gotlands Most Beautiful Veteran respectivly Gotlands Most Beautiful Dog here in Visby. Jörgen really showed off and is from now Gotlands Most Beautiful Veteran 2004! Tomba knocked dog after dog out of the competition, but in the final he lost against a pyrenee dog and is Gotlands second most beautiful dog... Nothing to be ashamed of either! The judge was Mia Sandgren.

Tomba ends up at second place in the run of Gotlands Most Beautiful Dog.
